Lost my pocketbook long ago I am afraid but I still have my Illustrated Discography by Ernst Jorgenson.  This was a small thin paperback.  It did not have reviews but it did have details of the recording sessions.  At the time it was considered a major breakthrough.   It came out early 80&#039;s if my memory serves me right.]]></description>
